Greetings, PCRID! Have you heard the news? PCRID's annual conference will host the inaugural event, StreetLeverage-Live! We are thrilled about this opportunity and hope that you will join us at conference to experience it firsthand. Here is a little more information about the event from ACC Co-Chair, Jen Bell: "Saturday, November 10th will be dedicated to this dialoging event which is designed to bring together industry, visionaries, leaders, educators, entrepreneurs and practitioners to share ideas that will set proactive thinking in motion and contribute to the forward progression of the interpreting profession! The morning plenary session will have short presentations followed by discussion with the presenters. In the afternoon, there will be four workshops presented twice so that everyone can get a more in-depth perspective of two of the presenters' topics along with discussion time built into those workshops as well." It seems as though spring is in full bloom in the Potomac region! Hopefully, we are all taking the time to stop and smell the cherry blossoms. :)

PCRID is springing into action by bringing you our very first General Meeting of the year! Please join us this Sunday, April 22 from 12:00 - 4:00 pm at the Frederick Hilton Garden Inn. Representatives from RID will be joining us for lunch with a workshop to follow. We are thrilled to offer this to our members for absolutely free!
